Fleet Week

The Blue Angels are in town for Fleet Week and we decided to take the ferry into the City. The line for the ferry was very long, and the schedule was not very efficient. Multiple boats came to the dock to let passengers off and then left empty, or just passed the dock up and went to Oakland. Eventually we made it onto a ferry and headed towards the airshow.

We made it to the City in time to see the Blue Angels. And the show was spectacular as usual!

Getting home was not a fun experience. We were in line for the ferry for hours, before the ferry service put another boat in service. This was the scene on the way back to Alameda. By the time we made it home, we were definitely worn out!
