Happy birthday Coast Guard. We went to the Island for a party. Alex "drove" a firetruck, both boys hit the jumpy houses and everyone enjoyed a bbq lunch. Alex and Zachary wanted to tour one of the cutters. Here they are on board the
Waesche. We decided to abandon the tour at this point...what they really wanted to do was go for a ride, not tour. They kept asking us when the boat was going to go.
At the very end of the day, the dunk tank was taken over by the kids. Someone was standing next to the target, and if the kid came anywhere near to it, he would make sure it dunked. Alex took a turn and thought it was pretty funny, especially when he also got splashed.
